This page describes the frontend demonstration you are viewing. It is a draft structure for the client’s final privacy policy. The operating business, contact details and actual processing arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
2. Information you enter
The contact and enquiry forms let you enter contact details and planning information. In this static demo, those details are used only to display a preview; the application JavaScript does not send them to a business or lender.
3. Saved plans on your device
Choosing Save and finish later stores loan purpose, property value, contribution, term, state and timing in your browser’s local storage. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are not included. Clear site data in your browser to remove a saved plan.
4. Hosting and website access
The hosting provider may process technical access data under its own policies. This frontend does not add advertising, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served with the website. A live WordPress installation may add other services; document them before launch.
5. Sharing and overseas services
This demo has no lender integrations or form delivery service. The final policy should identify actual recipients, service providers, overseas disclosures and purposes relevant to the operating business.
6. Access, corrections and complaints
For the live service, provide a verified privacy contact, the process for requesting access or correction, and the privacy complaints procedure. These processes are not operational in the demo.
7. Security and retention
Personal contact fields are not saved by the demo application. Browser and device security still matter. The live policy should explain the business’s actual retention practices and security arrangements.
8. Updates and contact
Replace this draft with the client-approved policy when the final business details, integrations and processing practices are known. Effective date and privacy contact are to be confirmed.
